A much-anticipated review of intellectual property and growth by United Kingdom Prof. Ian Hargreaves was issued today.
The report, commissioned by the UK Intellectual Property Office, is available here.
World Intellectual Property Organization Director General Francis Gurry released a statement welcoming the report and saying he expected it would have significant international impact.
