William Patry is the senior copyright counsel at Google and author of the new book “Moral Panics and the Copyright Wars.” He recently spoke in his own capacity in Geneva (IPW, Copyright Policy, 4 December 2009) and Intellectual Property Watch had the opportunity to sit down with him and discuss his recent book.
