A new working document on an international instrument on copyright limitations and exceptions for visually impaired persons being negotiated at the World Intellectual Property Organization has been issued this morning. The document is below.
WIPO delegates are gathered for three days of inter-sessional meetings from 17-19 October, prior to the 25th Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR). Delegates have not returned to plenary yet today and are expected to be back around 3 this afternoon after further informal discussions on the new working document.
